Unique Journeys - The Travel Center (800)421-1981

Silks, Spices & Sandalwood

Here it is finally! A Unique Journey a lot of you have asked for so you get to see it first.

We start in Ceylon, as Sri Lanka used to be called, an island nation of beaches, culture, ancient factory, some gem shopping and the best hotels, ruins and verdant, cool hill country. The five days covers all the highlights – Colombo, Habarana, Sigiriya, Polonnaruwa, Dambulla, Kandy, Pinnawela and of course, the Elephant Orphanage. Add to that, visits to a Spice Garden, Temple of the Tooth, Tea Plantation, a batik factory, special dinners and you will wish we had stayed longer!

Kerala Riverboat

Next is a short flight to Bangalore and a two hour drive to Mysore the same afternoon and a stay at the Lalitha Mahal Palace. In Nagarhole National Park, we stay at the Kabini Wildlife Resort, rated among the top five wildlife resorts in the world. The hills of Coorg are a hidden secret even for most Indians and we will take you there for a stay in Ooty- the Queen of Hill Stations. After a night’s stay in Calicut, a quick flight will take you to Cochin to board a kettuvallam, a traditional houseboat of Kerala. This memorable cruise in the backwaters of Kerala is a first! The last days are spent in Cochin before heading back home from your latest Unique Journey.

All this combined with complete sightseeing, special meals and lots of surprises will truly make this a trip to talk about for years to come. Limited to 18, call me today for your space on this tour. And tell your friends about it because this will not be advertised to the general public at all.

Hope to hear from you very soon.

Best Regards,

Suraj
