Kusadasi: Regarded as
the most attractive city on Turkey's Aegean coastline,
Kusadasi offers abundant sunshine, powdery sand beaches and
a rich Turkish history.

Travel Itinerary
Day One – Depart for Europe
Enjoy your transatlantic flight to historic Athens, Greece.
Day Two – Arrive in Greece
Upon arrival, you will be met by your Tour Manager, who will
be with you throughout your tour. Today your Tour Manager
will be on hand to suggest dining and sightseeing options
during your free time.
Day Three – Athens City Tour
This morning begin with a guided tour of Athens. View the
Panathenaic Stadium where the first modern Olympic Games
took place in 1896, as well as the National Art Gallery,
Omonia Square, the old and New Parliament Buildings and the
Syntagma (Constitution) Square. You’ll also see the Tomb
of the Unknown Soldier, still guarded by the famous guards
in traditional dress, the Temple of Olympic Zeus and
Hadrian’s Gate. Later, we drive to the Acropolis and enjoy
a guided tour of the Parthenon along with the Acropolis
Museum. This afternoon take an optional guided tour to visit
the ancient sights of Agoras, Keramikos and Thission,
completing your one-day journey through ancient Athens.
Tonight, join your Tour Manager and fellow traveling
companions for a welcome dinner.

Day Four – Greek Isles Cruise to Mykonos
After breakfast, transfer to the port of Piraeus to board
your four-day cruise to the Greek Isles and Turkey aboard
the M/S Perla. Arrive in Mykonos, known for its hundreds of
chapels that dot the island, sugar cube houses and
whitewashed windmills. (Breakfast, lunch and dinner)
Day Five – Rhodes
Our early morning arrival at Rhodes allows us to spend the
whole day here. Take an optional excursion to the City of
Rhodes and the rocky Acropolis of Lindos to visit the Temple
of Athena. You may wish to just stroll the Old City on your
own. (Breakfast, lunch and dinner)
Day Six – Patmos and Kusadasi
This morning we arrive at the island of Patmos. You can take
an optional excursion to the Monastery and the celebrated
Cave of the Apocalypse where it is said Saint John wrote the
Book of Revelations. In the afternoon we arrive at the
Turkish port of Kusadasi. You can visit the bazaar in
Kusadasi or take an optional excursion to the ancient city
of Ephesus. (Breakfast, lunch and dinner)
Day Seven – Delphi and Arachova
Disembark your ship this morning and take a full day trip to
Delphi. We will drive through the main highway passing
outside of Thiva and Levadia, as you arrive in Delphi “the
Navel of the Earth.” Visit the Museum with the famous
bronze charioteer, the statue of Antinoos, the ancient
Sanctuary and all the renewed ruins of the Omphalos. Also
see the famous temple of Apollo where Pythia was seated
while giving out her predictions for the future. Later visit
the traditional Greek village of Arachova, famous for its
handmade carpets and quilts. Arrive at your hotel late this
afternoon. (Breakfast)
Day Eight – Free Day in Athens or Optional Tour to
Argolis
Today is a free day to explore the city on your own. Your
hotel offers you an excellent base. If you wish, you may
take an optional day tour to the Argolis region. Drive
through Daphne, Eleusis and arrive at the Corinth Canal.
Stop here to see the canal, which is carved through solid
rock. Continue to Mycenae where you visit the famous tomb of
King Agamemnon and the Lion’s Gate, part of the Cyclopean
Wall. After time for lunch you visit Nafplion, the first
capital of Greece in 1832 before arriving at the Sanctuary
of Asklepeios and the theater of Epidaurus, famous for its
remarkable acoustics. Return to Athens late this afternoon.

Day Nine – Home
After breakfast we transfer to the airport in Athens for our
flights home. (Breakfast)

Rates are based
on Inside Cabin. Upgrade to Outside Cabin is available for
$70 per person for Twin and $100 per person Single
occupancy.
To cover various
departure and arrival taxes, please add $170 per person plus
applicable fuel surcharges as well as $60 per person for
port charges to the air inclusive price. Itinerary and dates
are subject to change to accommodate for the cruise
schedule.
